Meet The Pastors

Pastor Clem Richardson

Clem L. Richardson, along with his beloved wife Barbara Richardson are the Pastors of Kingdom Empowered Ministries. Pastor Clem and Barbara Richardson are the parents of a blended family of five children and several grandchildren.

Pastor Clem is a devoted servant of the Lord our God, but this was not always the case. As a youth, Pastor Clem became involved with drugs and gangs where he later found himself addicted to the lifestyle. After numerous failed attempts of recovery, Pastor Clem found himself surrounded by a darkness, which was graciously lifted when he surrendered his life to the Lord. 

This spontaneous change set him on a new path of serving others through Christ. Pastor Clem has served Milwaukee communities as a leader, mentor, and Substance Abuse Counselor. Pastor Clem has over 23 years of leading and mentoring men from all walks of life, and has a gift for uplifting and guiding others towards their passion.  He has a unique style of reaching people through biblical principles and counseling techniques that inspire change.

Pastor Clem is a prophetic teacher, with gifts of words of knowledge and wisdom. Pastor Clem has an Associate Degree in Theology, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services, and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling.

Pastor Barbara Richardson

Barbara Richardson is the Wife of Clem Richardson and the mother of a blended family of five children and several grandchildren, who are loved dearly. Together, Barbara and Clem Richardson are the Pastors of Kingdom Empowered Ministries, which was launched in March of 2018.

Pastor Barbara was raised in the Church, but like some, strayed away from the teachings of Christ as a young lady. As time progressed, the calling of the Holy Spirit returned her home.  Guided by Christ, Pastor Barbara has served as Associate Pastor of Ministry, Pastor of Youth Ministry, and a Leader in the Human Service arena for over 25 years.

Pastor Barbara is an anointed woman of God who operates in the gifts of prophecy, teaching, and administration. Pastor Barbara has a passion for ministering to broken women and youths alike, and believes in encouraging, inspiring, and uplifting individuals right where they find themselves in life, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Pastor Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, has many years’ experience in the Social Service field, along with fourteen of those years as a Licensed and Ordained Minister of the Gospel. Pastor Barbara and her husband Pastor Clem Richardson are dedicated to serving others holistically and spiritually within their church ministry and the community.
